Central Medical Supplies Public Corporation is a shareholder in the joint venture company which will establish a pharmaceutical complex in a total area of about 257.779 Faddan located at el gazira state, which consist of pharmaceutical factories and laboratories. The registered capital of the company is U$ 30 million. CMS contributes 23.5% Of the share capital. 76.5% of the share capital covered by the Sudanese and foreign private investors.

The Pharmaceutical  complex consists of the following factories:

  - Medical Disposable Factory.
  - Injectables ( Dry & Liquid ) Factory.
  - Syrup And Suspension Factory.
  - Ointment And Creams Factory.
  - Tablets And Capsules Factory.
  - Pharmaceutical Packing Materials.
  - Herbal Medicines.
  - Raw Material.
  - Veterinary Medicines.
  - Biological Product:
  - Vaccines.
  - Anti Sera.

Shanghai – Sudan pharmaceutical  factory :-
Central Medical Supplies Sudan joints Shanghai pharmaceutical company – China, and made Shanghai – Sudan pharmaceutical company which established a much large scale pharmaceutical factory at Khartoum north – industrial area.
The capacity of the annual output is :
Five hundred million tablets and capsules & 60 million sachets per two shifts per year. Total investment amount is about 4 Million Dollar.
The proportion of investment :-
a) Shanghai pharmaceutical input is 55%.
b) Central Medical Supplies input is 45%.

Nilebiosera unit :-
 It is a manufacturing unite for vaccine & biological products that will be established in cooperation between vacsera, Ministry of Health Egypt and Central Medical Supplies Ministry of Health Sudan & private sector from Sudan and Saudi Arabia.
